• A close contact of someone with COVID-19.

• In quarantine.

• Experiencing a severe medical emergency.

With over 15 years’ experience as a general practitioner and as a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr Ahmed Sharrif Maruid is highly experienced in women’s health and procedures.

A fellow of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) and registered as a general practitioner and specialist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (APRHA), Dr Ahmed dedicates his time to many public and private hospitals in the South-West of Sydney.

As a specialist clinician, Dr Ahmed is advanced in many gynaecological and surgical procedures, as well as high risk obstetrics procedures, hysteroscopic procedures and the assessment and management of infertility.

Regularly auditing his procedures, Dr Ahmed has a very low complications rate, always ensuring his patients receive an excellent level of care in every aspect. His outstanding knowledge and surgical skills combined with excellent communication means he easily builds a rapport with his patients.
